How to open a ticket from your dashboard?

To open a ticket you must follow the below steps:-

  • Log in to your dashboard.
  • On the Left-side Panel, You will find Service Hub Icon. Press on Service Hub. Click on My Tickets.
  • Click on Submit Ticket.
  • Select the Department & click on Open Ticket. Ask your query & click on Submit.
